- To work across all key areas of delivery and responsibility to include Helpdesk, Back Office Administration, Resource Planning
- Although there may be one Contract of key involvement, the role will require ability to work across a range of Contracts as required
- To develop a strong understanding of the Operational KPI’s and be fully conversant with how the helpdesk function can contribute towards the delivery of them.
