**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for administration of all PCN’s and Police Notices
- Investigate and identify customers that need to be contacted / invoiced, and raise invoices
- Manage the payment and billing of vehicle fines and charges.
- Chase on-going and outstanding penalty processes for penalties older than 14 days
- Deal with any queries with regards to the Penalty Charge Notices and production of subsequent documents and attend to incoming correspondence in a timely manner
- Assist Sales Ledger Administrator during absence / busy periods

**Experience**:

- A competent understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills
- Experience working within a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Able to work using your own initiative as well as part of a team
