We have a fantastic opportunity for a Building Assurance Specialist to join our team based in London. The salary on offer is up to £48,600 with a £3,000 car allowance and with eligibility for our annual 10% bonus.

This role will cover London, and will see you working approximately 3 days on site and 2 days working from home.

**About the role**:
The Building Assurance Specialist has a key role in contributing to the assurance that the buildings NHS Property Services (NHSPS) are responsible for within the Region, are compliant with all building and safety legislation. The main remit will be to undertake inspections as required and in the provision of building safety related advice to various departments.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Specialist knowledge of legislation, including but not limited to: Building Safety, Fire Safety, Asbestos.
- Knowledge of risk management and corporate governance issues, tools and approaches / strategies
- Significant demonstrable experience in a Fire Safety role
- Experience of producing high quality reports and correspondence, and giving clear reports/presentations
- Experience of implementing policies and procedures
- NEBOSH National General Certificate Level 3 or equivalent
- NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety Level 3 or equivalent
