Envirowales Limited is an industry-leading, lead acid battery recycling plant located in Ebbw Vale, South Wales.

Our aim is to recycle as many of the constituent parts of the battery as possible. Currently we are achieving a recycling efficiency of over 95% and are continuing to work to increase this figure.

We are looking for a HR Officer to join our Human Resources Team at our site in Rassau, Ebbw Vale. As an integrated member of the HR Team, the HR Officer will be responsible for, and support, all HR day -to-day cycle activities within the team.

The HR Officer is a key stakeholder in the People Agenda delivering the employee lifecycle to attract develop and retain talent within the Company.

You will have a HR generalist background and be able to demonstrate the skills to be able to support both managers and employees, referring more complex issues and reporting to the Head of HR.

You will work closely with our teams and managers and be responsible for delivering a proactive, efficient, and effective HR service. With great people and communication skills, and a passion for all aspects of the role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
