**Some background information**:
We are supporting one of our amazing clients in their search for a Team Leader who will lead on all things recruitment and ensure smooth running of the process from start to finish. Currently, the client is on a transformation journey, looking at restructuring the team in the New Year, so this will be a brand new role for the team

**Your new responsibilities**:
Big part of your role will be to manage and manipulate the recruitment trackers to easily inform of workload, progress, SLAs and priorities. You will be the go-to person for quality assurance in the team, so doing audits will be another responsibility under your belt.

You and the team will always strive for an excellent customer service and full compliance. You will ensure a great onboarding experience for the amazing new starters but will also manage the exit process, striving to preserve the relationship and turn the leaver into a strong brand ambassador.

Of course, you will promote a culture of learning and upskilling, and will also assist HR with the ad hoc projects.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in a managerial/Team Leader role.
- Some HR/Recruitment knowledge will be beneficial.
- Great communication skills.
- Analytical and great attention to detail.
- Excel “superstar”.
- Positive and professional attitude.

**What's on offer**:

- 26 days A/L + BH
