Hourly Rate: £10.45

Experience: 1 years experience
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing company documents/records
- Data entry into Financial, Personnel and Legal databases
- Bookkeeping and Record Keeping
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
- Manage postal correspondence for the company
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Provide support to other team members as needed
- Prepare regular reports

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail

As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to the overall efficiency of our team.

**Salary**: £10.45 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
