What you'll be doing...**
- Period end closing (month and year end)
- Perform month to month analysis during the closing, in order to check integrity, consistency and reasonableness of the account’s balances
- Operate full accounting of Holding companies if applicable (all activities end to end process)
- Ensuring statutory reporting of legal entities, IFRS/GAAP compliance
- Supporting rolling forecast & annual target setting processes
- Administrative cost control
- Safeguarding Tax Compliance (Income and VAT)
- Drive pre/after closing meetings
- Prepare and deliver requested information to external auditors based on core finance and ensure strong collaboration.
- Support Management reporting
- Balance sheet management including the monitoring of assets and liabilities
- Securing internal controls and risk management
- Support Treasury activities (hedging, capital structure follow-up and warnings)
- Support mergers & acquisitions, Transfer pricing
