This is a dynamic role which will allow you to influence and experience end to end supply chains, helping manage, plan and improve service to key retail food manufacturers on a national level. Based in East Northamptonshire

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer demands, plan inventory flow, analyse data and generate forecasting solutions.
- Collaborate with KM Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Service teams to understand business demands and changes.
- Determine key supply chain KPIs and process improvements.
- Review schedules and delivery dates for all key supply partners.
- Evaluate and expedite supply chain internally and externally to meet the sales delivery plan.
- Ensure effective control and risk management of stocks.
- Accurate record keeping and stock reporting.
- Proactively identify process bottlenecks and suggest solutions in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a demand planner or similar role.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel.
- Ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
- Critical thinker, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Team player.
- Good time-management, task prioritisation and attention to detail.
- CIPS diploma in Procurement and supply, or the ability to demonstrate experience
