**The Opportunity**

Our client is a fast-growing specialist in connecting businesses to the electricity grid at scale. They are buzzing with opportunity and very much part of the shift to net zero.

The company have been growing rapidly since opening in 2021 and have been going from strength to strength in the utilities industry and green energy space. They work nationally within all regions, employing a team of experienced and highly qualified people to bring a full turnkey service to their 20+ clients including the likes of Tesla, Aqua Super Power, Go-Ahead, Ionity, Orbit Homes and Zest.

Our client are a NERS accredited ICP (Independent Connections Provider) specialising in EV (Electrical Vehicle) charging infrastructure installations in the residential, commercial and industrial industries.

Their services run throughout the lifecycle of a project all the way from inception through to final connection and handover. The industry they are working in is fast paced, thriving and they are actively delivering projects which are contributing towards a ‘greener’ future.

Health & Safety is integral to the success of their business and essential to keep their employees, sub-contractors, clients and the public safe at all times.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as an entry level Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental admin / advisor. This is an entry level position for someone with a passion for Quality, Health, Safety and Environment and a desire to develop and progress their career in this field.

**Responsibilities Include**
- Supporting the review and development of the integrated Management System
- Monitoring safety performance and collating monthly reporting data
- Supporting incident investigation process
- Co-ordinating and arranging safety training
- Conduct onsite audits
- Support legal compliance reviews and legislation updates
- Provide input to the continual improvement process
- Co-ordination of wellbeing and occupational initiatives
- Responding to the ongoing QHSE needs of the business

**Desirable Skills**
- IOSH working safely
- Health & safety experience / knowledge
