**Torbay Pharmaceuticals** are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, extensive knowledge of project processes and standards, who understands how to support project managers to deliver high quality projects. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and the work is varied.

This is an exciting role for Torbay Pharmaceuticals (also known as TP) and you will be at the heart of TP Projects and Programmes, working with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis.

**Main duties of the job**
- Providing day to day project support and administration services across the whole programme e.g.Smartsheet
- Providing administrative support to all aspects of programme oversight, governance and planning.
- Capturing, reporting and monitoring of portfolio performance information and data e.g. progress, risk reporting
- Compiling status summaries for the respective programmes and supporting monthly reporting
- Undertaking project audits and provide feedback or training to project managers on TP project process and methods.

**Person specification**

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Relevant qualification to degree level or equivalent experience
- Developed communication skills to aid understanding, motive others or negotiate agreement
- Basic public speaking skills (for example for reporting or presenting to small meetings)
- Strong organisational and time management skills and evidence of working in a systematic manner with the ability to re-prioritise and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to pull together comprehensive draft reports, data and dashboards

**Experience & Knowledge**
- Prior experience working in a PMO team performing the duties described above
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent knowledge of project principles and processes
- Working knowledge of project tools and templates
- Performing project audits

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £27,055.00 per year
