Kennedys is looking for an experienced Litigation Assistant based in Birmingham to work on NHS Resolution clinical negligence litigation matters.

**Team**

The Healthcare division advise the NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and medical malpractice insurers of private hospitals, clinics and practitioners on EL/PL and clinical negligence claims. The team advise on medical insurance coverage, health law advice and regulatory matters and represent clients at inquests and judicial reviews. The team have a presence across our London, Cambridge, Birmingham and some of our global offices.

**Clients**
- NHS Healthcare clients
- Independent hospital groups and practitioners.

**Cases**
- A wide range of clinical negligence claims of mainly low to medium value.

**Required experience**
- 0-2 years' UK relevant paralegal experience*
- Good knowledge of clinical negligence litigation process and Civil Procedure Rules.
