You'll be leading a small, close-knit team of developers working closely with the dealing desk to deliver a green field project built on Linux server software for our high throughput pricing systems. With hybrid working we work on average 2 days a week in the London office to collaborate with colleagues and the wider Tech Team.

All the team are London based, near Cannon Street station, but we have sister teams in Bengaluru and Krakow.

This role will bring you into contact with some of IG's senior leaders, both in the Business and IT. As a senior project manager, you will have an important role in shaping the project delivery process, supporting key areas of the portfolio and providing coaching and support to Junior PMs. As part of this role, there may be a requirement for you to manage staff from time to time and shape their development and performance.

Who you are:
- Experience leading and inspiring technology teams with a passion for great team culture.- A firm understanding of Agile and desire to push improvements- Experience and proficiency in design at system and component levels.- Considerable C++ development experience in real-time multi-threaded systems.- Practiced user of LINUX command line and scripting.
