**Volunteer Treasure Hunter (Turnchapel/Plymouth)**

**Title **Volunteer Treasure Hunter (voluntary, part time)

**Reporting to **New Partnership Adviser

**Location **St Luke’s Hospice, Turnchapel, Plymouth and various locations

In this role you will contact companies, hotels and other relevant businesses to request donations of prizes to be used at future St Luke’s events. You will maintain a log of prizes, send thank you letters and update the database.

The role will also include assisting with general office admin, and at fundraising events by collecting sponsorship money, handing out literature, looking after guests, marshalling/hosting.

**Your role**
- General office administration.
- Laminating posters and signage.
- Updating spreadsheets and databases.
- Researching potential support.
- Helping with direct mail programmes.
- Making up fundraising packs.
- Collecting fundraising sponsorship money.
- Handing out literature.
- Educating people on St Luke’s care.
- Looking after guests.
- Acting as marshals and/or hosts.
