**Trainee Parts/Service Advisor**

Friendly and professional, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership.

**Department**: Aftersales department

**Location**: North City, Chingford, London E4 6AN

**Hours of Work**: Full time position, working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

**Salary**: Starting on National Minimum Wage (age applicable)

**Responsibilities**:
The main responsibilities of a Trainee Parts/Service Advisor are listed below:

- Delivering an exceptional standard of customer service by building lasting, memorable relationships with customers.
- Welcoming customers and explaining the services that we provide at North City.
- Identifying and offering the most appropriate products and/or services to meet their individual needs.
- Listening to customers and accurately documenting customers’ vehicle needs.
- Liaising with customers to schedule appointments.
- Consulting with the Technicians about vehicle diagnostics / repairs.
- Keeping customers fully informed of progress and advise of extra work needed.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell products and services to maximise sales.
- Invoicing work on time and accurately processing payments.
- Keeping accurate records at all times using the Data Management System and other systems.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling all data in line with GDPR.

**Job Requirements**:
For this role you will have the following:

- Excellent administration and IT skills.
- A smart and presentable attire.
- A current UK driving licence would be an advantage but not essential.
