We have an exciting vacancy to join a friendly and hard-working office of a busy food manufacturing business in the heart of Ayrshire.
The role will predominantly involve the following:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Process sales orders and invoices
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team
- Monitor and track sales activities and follow-up on customer inquiries
- Prepare reports and analyze sales data
- Assist in the organization of sales events and trade shows
- Booking hauliers and custoemr deliveries using various online portals

- Proven experience as a sales administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sales and Marketing experience would be most advantageous, but a willingness to learn is more important.
- SAGE experience desirable, but training can be provided.
