Sabeti Wain Aerospace Ltd is a multi-national Company leading the field within the Design & Supply of soft furnishings for Commercial Airlines.
- **As a busy expanding Company, we require an Administrator to work with our Purchasing & Production Admin Teams**_
**Main duties will include**:
- Progress chasing/liaising with Suppliers regarding current Purchase Orders
- Updating team members and the internal PO system as needed
- Reviewing & updating historical/queried purchase orders
- Responsible for keeping the Purchase Order system up-to-date
- Filing of paperwork relating to above and as may be required within the Department
**Future Responsibilities may include**:
- Entering Customer Orders on Sage, including checking price & currency and raising inter-Company Orders
- Raising & issuing Supplier Purchase Orders as required & in-line with regulatory requirements for company teams and departments
- Checking various Production documentation and assisting the Administrators as may be required
**This position requires the following skills & abilities**:
- Full understanding of deadlines and the ability to prioritise
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with emphasis on Excel and Outlook
- Experience of Sage50 Accounts would be advantageous but training will be given
- Excellent communication skills - in both written and spoken English
- Possess good organisational skills and have an eye for attention to detail
- Willing to take responsibility for allocated tasks and actions, be able to work on own initiative as well as being a valuable member of our busy team
