Job Title: Door Supervisor

This role is for our location in Chesterfield.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the safety and security of the premises and its occupants
- Monitor and control access to the establishment
- Conduct regular patrols to deter and detect any suspicious activities
- Handle any disturbances or conflicts that may arise
- Provide excellent customer service to patrons
- Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Maintain accurate records and write detailed incident reports

Qualifications:

- Proven experience of minimum 5 yrs.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong observation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods of time
