Witney, United Kingdom Fine Print Services Ltd Full time

The Print Coordinator role sits at the heart of the company, between our sales team and production team and involves receiving new jobs, preparing job bags, ordering materials/outwork and generally staying on top of the job all the way through proofing/print/finishing and delivery. Communication with the customer is a fundamental part of the role, ensuring Fine Print deliver on our promises, every time.

**Essential Requirements**
- Fantastic organisational skills - this is a job that involves great prioritising and multi-tasking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure, the busy times are hectic.
- Enjoy working as part of a team, with a good sense of humour
- Good Microsoft Office and administrational skills are essential.

**About You**

You might be an experienced Client Services Exec within the printing industry, or you might have good general print knowledge from working a different role and looking for a change and a challenge. Alternatively you might be looking for that first step into an innovative and creative industry. Whatever your experience, you’ll be able to relate to the ‘essential requirements’ above as they really do describe the attributes a great Print Coordinator will need to have from the outset.

**What you will get in return**
- Competitive salary, based on your experience.
- Pension Scheme
- For a trainee applicant, a great training programme to develop your experience to meet the needs of the role.

The role is office based in Witney, working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

If you feel you have the skills to meet this role then we would love to hear from you. IMPORTANT - please include a covering note explaining why you think you are right for the role, together with your CV. Applications containing just a CV will fare less well as they do not demonstrate the level of communication skill that this role requires.
