As an Admin Assistant, your daily responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Legal and Compliance Manager
- Issuing reports
- Contract admin for new and extended contracts
- Collecting and recording compliance documents
- Updating e-signature platform
- Document updating
- Excellent organisation skills
- IT literate - Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong eye for detail
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload

Desirable, although not essential; previous administrative experience would be advantageous for this role.
