**Introduction to the role**

The purpose of the role is to support the Lloyd’s Market Association (LMA) for a defined period of time in reviewing our current Client relationship system (‘iMIS’) and providing recommendations as to how we can use it more effectively as part of our forthcoming member engagement strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Technology, with a dotted line to the Head of Communications.

**Introduction to the Lloyd’s Market Association**

The LMA exists at the very heart of Lloyd's, a world-leading global marketplace for complex risk where solutions to challenges are delivered every day. All 51 Lloyd's managing agencies, with a total market stamp capacity of approximately £48bn in 2023, and all Lloyd's members' agents, are members of the LMA.

We represent our members' interests to organisations including governments, regulators, and the market's central supporting body, the Corporation of Lloyd's. We provide professional and technical expertise in areas ranging from model policy wordings to the implementation of innovative technologies. We connect with our members to identify and resolve issues facing the market, and work in partnership with Lloyd's and the other market associations to influence initiatives and outcomes. We operate the market's most comprehensive technical education service, the LMA Academy.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Perform a full audit of the functions available in iMIS, working with the iMIS consultant from Mast, a CRM Consultancy for not-for-profit organisations.
- Conduct a needs assessment within the LMA to understand functional requirements.
- Validate which features are used by LMA (or not) and document these.
- Provide written recommendations on unused capabilities that may be useful to the LMA.
- Complete a data verification exercise to make sure all the key structural and organisational information in iMIS is correct for member firms, cleanse/remove out-of-date information.
- Validate the bi-annual data cleanse of senior job roles and make sure June inputs have been updated accordingly.
- Carry out the annual data cleanse exercise of end users, under the guidance and in collaboration with Head of Technology, Head of Communications and our External iMIS consultant.
- Understand and document the integration of iMIS with the LMA website and outline where key dependencies lie.
- Support the Executive Assistants in their role as super-users of the system, specifically in resolving user log in problems and identifying and resolving underlying root-causes.
- Perform a review of all staff permissions, document the current set up and harmonise permissions based on agreed user access per job role.
- Understand and document the integration of iMIS with our Virtual Academy, the Access Learning Management system.
- Document key business processes, such as Event creation and management.
- Review what KPI/Metric capability the system has.
- Understand how other organisations use the system e.g. IUA.
- Produce a user guide for users as an introduction to iMIS, as well as an induction guide for new joiners.

**Assignment Length**
- The assignment would run for 5 months from August to 24 December 2023.

**Person Specification**

**General skills / Qualities**
- Attention to detail alongside a systematic, logical and methodical approach.
- Ability to work upon own initiative in order to manage individual workload, without the requirement of heavy supervision and oversight.

**Experience**
- Demonstrable experience in the use of a CRM, ideally including extraction and analysis of data and report building.
- Proven Excel skills, able to manipulate, work with and present data in aggregate and summary form, coupled with the use of pivot tables.
- Ability to write clear, presentable and effective system documentation and process flows.
