**About the role**:
**Responsibilities as our Welcome Team Advisor will include**:

- Working alongside the Welcome Team Admissions Advisors to streamline the applicant journey and communicate on student activity to ensure we provide the best possible service
- Maintaining keeping warm activity to keep our students up to date with a diverse range of information before they enroll with us
- Liaising with parents/students/curriculum on a regular basis to identify answers to queries and find solutions to more complex issues
- Working with online systems and utilise digital resources and processes to ensure consistency and the best possible experience for our learners and ensure their journey is tracked, monitored and reviewed from start to finish
- Helping develop effective processes and maintain an overview of the systems to be able to inform on changes and also represent the team on key issues at college wide meetings
- Taking an active lead on cross selling all types of college courses to students, parents and all other enquiries. Tracking and monitoring activity using college systems and feedback to the Welcome Team & Curriculum Support Manager

**As our Welcome Team Advisor, you’ll** **ideally have**:

- Level 2 (or equivalent) English and Maths
- Appropriate qualification to level 2/3 standard
- Experience working in a busy office environment and managing a diverse caseload
- A sound operational knowledge of structured transactional/administration processes and systems
- Administrate to a high standard, being organised and able to document interactions with students and external stakeholders to a specific, detailed and informative level
- The ability to attend college events i.e. open evenings including outside of normal working hours
