Systems Analyst

**The Company**
Nigel Wright are delighted to be working with a Teesside based industrial business who are looking to hire a Systems Analyst to support their growing IT team.
**The Role**
You will be working within the Business Support team providing high quality support and advice to users across key systems within their network. Additionally the team provide guidance and training with regard to system usage and functionality whilst leasingwith vendors. Other key responsibilities include:

- Provide first and second line support to business systems
- Recommend, test and manage implementation of system releases and upgrades
- Develop future enhancements and functions to support the growing demands of the business
- Collaborate with different departments re system issues, gathering requirements, managing stakeholder expectations and providing a solution
- Work closely with system providers, internal and external IT, to support, resolve, report and track system issues and defects

**The Requirements**
This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a varied role for a company who are happy to support on-going training and development. Key requirements include:

- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL database structures, query writing and SSRS
- Previous exposure to ERP
- Stakeholder engagement skills
- Awareness of Sharepoint/CRM systems
- Ability to gather requirements, conduct analysis and provide accurate solutions
