Full time - 37.50, Monday to Thursday 8-17, Friday 8-13

We are looking for a Surface Mount Technician to join our Manufacturing team. The role will be based in our Hereford factory and is to start immediately. No experience required

The Role:

- Electrical assembly
- Operating the placer machine (IINEO) populating printed circuit boards, with surface mounted devices
- Programming of IINEO machines once trained
- Maintain a good standard of housekeeping and ensure the working environment is clear of waste on an ongoing basis
- Reduce waste and ensure all waste materials are disposed of in accordance with company and legislative procedures

The Person:

- Previous experience operating Euro place machine (IINEO) - Desirable, not essential
- Willing to learn
- Able to demonstrate high attention to detail
- Able to work effectively, both as part of a team and autonomously
- Proficient in clear, written, and verbal communication skills in English
