**About YOU**

We are seeking someone with a history and experience of working with children, somebody who can offer a passionate experience for all of the children that we engage with across our working day.

Ideally, a background of sports coaching across multiple sports, with qualifications to accompany this experience. You should have an in-depth knowledge of many sports, including an understanding of techniques and strategies within each sport.

This should accompany an ability to communicate effectively with both adults and children, using our words and body language to inspire and excite, taking people on a journey of exploration.

**The ROLE**

Progressive Sports are currently recruiting for a High Level Sports coach to work within a Primary School in Gravesend, overseeing the operations and delivery of our wraparound provision within the school.

This would entail working hours of 13.30 - 18.30 every weekday. There will also be some administrational tasks to complete outside of those hours, hence the contract hours stated. This would include overseeing the ordering and delivery of food supplies, educational supplies, and equipment. You will be responsible for managing budgets in order to do this. It would also include liaising with parents and other staff members to coordinate the running of the Wraparound provision.

As the coordinator of the wraparound provision, you’ll be managing a team of coaches and childcare professionals. You will be responsible for communicating down to your team as well as up to the Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager, as well as liaising with the Training & Development Manager.

The role includes four weeks' holidays, gaining an additional day for each year of service with Progressive Sports.

The role has an optional company pension plan, and you’ll be allowed £50 per month in travel expenses.

Pay: £22,500.00 per year
