**About The Role**:
Over the next few years, we will be continuing our expansion throughout the UK. Our state-of-the-art showrooms are a source of inspiration for our customers and our Mobile Showrooms provide an incredible opportunity for us to deliver a fantastic service to even more customers.

You will earn a basic salary of £21,840 plus uncapped commission with OTE of £50,000.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs.
- Guide customers throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to their first design, and witness the transformation of their dream kitchen into reality
- Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos. You'll explain this process to the customer during your visit.
- Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design.
- Maintain consistent communication with your customer base to foster strong relationships and ensure their expectations are met.
- In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person** **you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

**Training**:
We provide a 12-week training course; this includes two separate, week-long residential stays here at our state-of-the-art Training Academy in Barton-upon-Humber. This is expensed with travel and accommodation, as well as breakfast and evening meal allowances.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in the KBB industry or fitted furniture sales is essential
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail
- A commitment to customer satisfaction
- Available to work shifts including some evenings and weekends
- You will have a full UK manual driving licence
- Organised with the ability to manage your diary effectively
