**Position: IT Helpdesk Consultant**:

- **Salary**: £22K starting salary rising to £24K after probation period

- **Hours: Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm (37.5 hour week)**:

We have an opportunity for someone with a keen interest in IT Support and Software to work for an IT Software and technical solutions company in Brighton in a Helpdesk or 1st Line Support role.

You will be given training on top of your experience and qualifications in IT to become involved in:

- Ensure high standards of customer service at all times providing 1st and 2nd Line Technical Support
- Performing analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of computer hardware and OS issues
- Setting up new users using Azure / Active Directory, Office 365
- Resetting passwords and changing file and directory permissions

Strong customer service experience or skills is essential as is a keen interest in IT and Software. Ideally you'll have experience within a Windows based environment or hold relevant qualifications such as a relevant Degree, a Microsoft qualification orequivalent.

You'll also need to have a driving licence, ideally with your own transport, for attending client sites on occasion.

Hours are Monday to Friday between 8am-6pm on a rota basis plus an on call rota which will include one Saturday per month, paid as extra once worked.

The starting salary is £22,000 which rises to £24,000 after the probation period has been successfully completed.
