**About the job**:**Boels Pit Stop**

Are you taking care of Boels Rental in Hereford? You’ll be placing, maintaining, cleaning and collecting the Bioboxes (portable site toilets). This could range from a single Biobox on a building site to a hundred Bioboxes at a large event. Every day you receive a route/travel list. Of course, you will have the navigation system to help you find your way You start your working day from home; you can take the minibus home with you each night so that, if this is easier, you can start right away from your house One day a route consists of cleaning the toilet units in your area and making them ready for use, another day you are collecting and placing Bioboxes and later in the week you are scheduled to be at an event to maintain the boxes all day. The job of Driver in can be quite a solitary existence, but for the right person, it could be their ideal situation and they’ll really thrive

Routes also change throughout the day, for example, when a construction site is closed down, an event closed down, traffic disruptions or colleagues needing help. The depot staff provide you with the latest information, and because you are flexible and stress-resistant, this only motivates you more Besides your operational tasks, as a driver you are responsible for keeping your minibus clean and you take care of minor maintenance, such as topping up oil and other liquids, inflating tyres, etc.

You will be in daily contact with Boels Rental customers, your colleagues at the Hereford depot and with the branches of Boels Rental in your region.

Although you will spend the majority of your day on the road, you will be making a huge contribution to the efficiency of your team. As a Driver in our Hereford depot, you are an integral part of the team and are always open to assist your colleagues should there ever be a lull in your driving tasks.

The orange Boels team in which you will be working in Hereford consists of various different functions. You will all work collaboratively to ensure that hired equipment is delivered to the customer at the correct location. Alongside the Bioboxes, this depot also has a range of small tools and small plant equipment, as well as some diggers and dumpers for our customers. Together with your other colleagues, you will form the ‘dream team’

- Be over 21 (for insurance reasons) - ESSENTIAL
- Have at least 3 years of driving experience (for insurance reasons) - ESSENTIAL
- Possess a full, clean BE Driving Licence - ESSENTIAL
- Prefer to work alone for the majority of your day. ESSENTIAL

- An annual salary ranging from £22,096 to £25,994 plus quarterly performance based bonuses. The salary range listed represents the low and high end of the salary range for this individual position. Actual salary will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, relevant experience, relevant qualifications and performance.
