**The Role**:
**Supervisor - Southwark - £31,644 per annum plus £4,000 Discretionary bonus per annum, paid monthly £333.33, only payable based on KPI achievement.**

**So, what will your day look like?**

As a Contract Supervisor, you will** **manage a contract-based team of Civil Enforcements Officers, who implement parking regulations as directed under the Traffic Management Act. You will oversee the daily operations of Southwark and the Enforcement Team.
- Ensure Southwark’s operational and contractual requirements are consistently met
- Achieve and ensure acceptable levels of performance in conjunction with KPIs
- Review the vehicle fleet to ensure all vehicles are suitable to operate and verify driver’s check sheet
- Analyse performance data to identify if contractual requirements are met and implement corrective measures to act to possible shortfall.

Manage all aspects of the Team’s employment, including performance appraisals and disciplinary investigations
- Ensure yourself and your team are adhering to Health and Safety requirements and best practice at all times.

- Verify all paperwork including incident reports and statements is completed and submitted as per current procedures
- Ensure that all duties and actions are in accordance with company policy, contract specification, contract manager instruction and client targets.
- You will have a min 3 years previous experience in a supervisor role
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationship internally and outside of the company
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Good oral and written communication skills, and able to convey information easily
- Working computer literacy, with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- You will be Self-motivated and able to work alone
