**Payroll Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Production and management of payroll to support the business
- Provide accurate and timely data in order to process the company payroll and pension and to ensure that the time and attendance system is up to date
- Supporting managers and payroll team leaders in using the company software
- Working with the HR team to ensure employee information and payroll data is accurate
- Ensuring comprehensive task instructions are up to date for all tasks and saved on the finance server
- Reporting relevant payroll and pensions data

**What we’re looking for**
- Previous experience of working in a payroll position will be seen as essential
- Strong administration skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel including V-lookups and pivot tables

**Hours**:

- Full-time, Monday to Friday
