Kitchen Porter

Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Assist in basic food preparation tasks under the guidance of the kitchen team
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed
- Support chefs during service by fetching and carrying items as required
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hotel kitchen environment is advantageous
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of culinary practices and food hygiene standards
- Strong work ethic with a proactive approach to tasks
- Passion for hospitality and willingness to help wherever needed

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
