Farm Labourer

**Owen Payne Recruitment** are seeking a **Farm Labourer** to join a leading agricultural client located the Telford area. This position will be working outside in all weathers so you must be prepared to do work in all weather conditions.

This exciting position will be a **permanent** role from day 1.

**Main duties of a Farm Labourer**:

- Wash and clean various machines as instructed by the workshop manager
- Assisting with maintenance and repairs of various machines
- Collect/delver company vehicles for repairs
- Collect parts for the workshop department
- Replacing wearing parts on various machines used within the business
- Assisting engineers with breakdown repairs
- Unload deliveries and take to the relevant storage areas and ensure they are stored securely
- Ensure all relevant documents are filled in correctly and on time
- You will be required to take all reasonable steps to safeguard your health and safety and of any other person who may be affected by your actions
- If you become aware any of the equipment used within the business, may be faulty, it is your responsibility to immediately report to the workshop manager or health and safety manger
- Previous experience / knowledge in the same sort of role
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritise own work load
- Ability to work under pressure

**Hours of work for a Farm Labourer**:

- Monday-Friday
- 45 hour week (some evening/weekends on a Rota basis)

**Salary**:

- £11.44-£12.00 (Dependent on experience)
