We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Joinery Estimator with drive and initiative to strengthen our Production Team due to continued success and growth of our business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join an existing team of highly skilled craftsmen and professionals producing bespoke joinery for commercial and retail fit outs to the highest standard. You will work with Estimators and Quantity Surveyors with direct reporting to the Commercial Director.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Bench Joinery background with some site experience.
- Ability to understand, interpret and work to technical drawings.
- Proven ability to develop estimates and quotes manufacture and installation of bespoke joinery products in line with client requirements.
- Experience in the use of Construction estimating software or competent in the use of technology and software programmes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team Player with the ability to work under own initiative and to tight deadlines.
- Good problem-solving, time management, prioritisation, and planning skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
- An excellent health and safety work ethic.

Hybrid working may be considered after completion of probationary period.

Schedule:

- 8-hour shift (potential for overtime to be available)
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £31,300.00-£42,000.00 per year
