**Refrigeration & A/C Service Engineer - Swansea based - £35,000 - £40,000 /annum + bonuses and benefits.**

We are looking for a highly experienced service engineer who has vast knowledge servicing and working on refrigeration, and air conditioning systems, such as freezers, chillers, VRF/VRV and split systems for our blue-chip and high street commercial chainssuch as NHS, Universities, hospitality, restaurant outlets, hotels, commercial offices, and leisure.

You will be working with a small but growing organisation who offer a full consultancy service from initial designs all the way through to the installation, commissioning, decommissioning, maintenance and service of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.They aim to create the perfect environment for their customers, improve energy efficiency and reduce running costs.

**WHAT? Are they looking for from a Service Engineer?**
- A highly experienced Refrigeration & Air conditioning engineer, with a minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification in Refrigeration & Air conditioning, you will need to be F-Gas/EN 378 compliant
- A high level of interpersonal skills -good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write reports.
- High quality workmanship and pride in work is a MUST.
- You will be confident in your own ability.
- You will be flexible to assist with call out rota, and if required out of normal working hours service.
- You will be flexible and open to work on all types of mechanical systems where required.
- Strong problem-solving skills, you will have a "can do" attitude.
- Ideally you will have good electrical competence including the ability to read wiring schematics and test control circuits.
- Full Driving licence
- Within 1 hours commute to Swansea

**HOW? Will you be working?**
- Highly experienced and time served Servicing and working on a wide variety of commercial refrigeration, and air conditioning VRF/VRV and split systems.
- Highley experienced working on a wide variety of centralised controllers, control panels and refrigeration controls/ electrical circuits.
- Commission of large VRF/VRV AND split air conditioning systems.
- Able to read drawings and schematics.
- Effectively diagnose, identify faults and failures with equipment and systems, providing effective solutions
- Liaise closely with the projects department and company directors on a day-to-day basis.
- Coordinate and control Service works on site.
- Where required liaise closely with the client to maintain excellent stakeholder relationships.
- Work in a safe and controlled manor following all necessary internal health & safety processes and client specific site requirements.
- Take part in the on-call rota to support the business achieve its 24/7/365 response (this is currently 1 in 16)
