**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers with their orders, provide information about our products, and make suggestions
- Prepare a variety of fresh sandwiches
- Operate the cash register, manage cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Keep the front-of-house area clean and orderly
- Consistently stock display cases and shelves with fresh products
- Assist with baking and packaging tasks when necessary
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service position is a plus, but not required
- Basic knowledge of bakery goods and sandwich preparation
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.42-£12.01 per hour
