YOUR ROLE

Due to an exciting new partnership with a global ecommerce customer based within our new facility in Ryton-on-Dunsmore, and we are looking to recruit a meticulous Stock Clerk where you will ensure that all stock and location data is efficiently entered in the site-based WMS where you will prepare and analyse all stock reports and maintain the integrity of stock systems.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the Stock and Systems Manager, you will provide support in the accurate recording of stock data within the operation where you will utilise the site-based WMS to administer and report on stock integrity. In addition, you will also be responsible for:

- Produce inventory reports for the Stock & Systems Manager.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls related to stock.
- Maintain high levels of stock control across the site.
- Ensure all stock issues are logged and resolved efficiently.
- Maintain an excellent working relationship with client.
- Contribute to the achievement of operational KPIs.
- Adhere to onsite health & safety processes.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

In addition, you will be comfortable operating internal system, such as Microsoft packages including Excel and warehouse management systems.

You must be able to work Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm with occasional weekend requirements in times of peak periods.
