We are looking to recruit a highly organised **Warranty Administrator** within the Aftersales department at our Highbridge office.

The Warranty Administrator function will be achieved by:

- administering all agreed internal and external warranty claims.
- ensuring all necessary documentation and parts for return are processed in line with the Caravan / Motorhome warranty procedures.

Working closely with our satellite office in Devon, You will need to ensure warranty claims are maximised by reviewing the job cards, ensure the submissions are 100% accurate and in line with brand process and highlight any discrepancies found.

It is therefore essential that you also process and can demonstrate strong IT skills and good levels of numeracy and literacy. You must also be highly organised as this role has multiple manufacturers to deal with for the warranty claims and returns.

The role will involve working within a team and reporting directly to the Warranty Co-Ordinator.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturday mornings from 8.30am - 1.30pm.
