Collector/packer

Poultry Stockperson wanted to assist in the every day workings of egg production facility.

The main roles of this position are, but not limited to:

- Walking sheds to collect floor eggs, check feed/drinking equipment and to maintain general animal wellbeing
- Assist with main egg collection, including the use of specialist equipment
- General maintenance and housekeeping
- Assist with Clearing unit once annually

The ideal person will have a good work ethic, an ability to work closely in a team and a good attention to animal welfare as well as care towards biosecurity measures. Experience is not essential, however, a willingness to learn and adapt are certainly required.

We are currently looking to fill one full time position. This is 7.30 to 4.30 weekdays and 7.30 to approximately 3.00 every other weekend. There is a half hour break for breakfast and lunch every day.
