Gardener

I am looking for a reliable and friendly individual with a passion for gardening and working outdoors to join JSJ Gardening on a part time self employed basis with the chance of the position becoming full time.

We offer a wide range of gardening services from general maintenance to the occasional larger landscaping project. We take pride in our work and customer satisfaction is the highest priority.

The successful applicant must have at least 3 years of garden maintenance experience and can identify the difference between a weed and a plant. Plant knowledge is a must, at least on a basic level and experience with garden machinery, ie lawn mowers, hedge cutters, and strimmers on a competent level is also necessary.

A full UK driving licence and car/van is essential as you may be required to transport tools from the lockup to jobs and back.

The successful applicant will need to work well both within a team and individually as required, be well presented and have good communication skills. A spark of creativity is also a bonus

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years in the industry
- Plant knowledge and other general gardening knowledge such as identifying different weeds
- Must know how to maintain the aesthetics of a garden throughout the seasons.
- Competent using petrol mowers and hedge cutters etc.
- Full clean UK driving licence is essential
- Friendly, presentable and respectful
- Must be flexible in regards to hours and understand that work can be weather dependant.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18-36 per week

**Salary**: £100.00-£140.00 per day
