For Fudge Shakes is a thriving dessert cafe in with a busy 1st location in Bellshill. We are now expanding in to East Kilbride and looking to bring onboard some new staff to help us build and grow in our 2nd location.

Our business opening times are Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm and Weekends 1pm-11pm. All applicants must ensure they are able to work these hours and travel to either site in Bellshill or East Kilbride accordingly.

For Fudge Shakes, a popular and thriving dessert cafe, is expanding to its second location in East Kilbride. We are currently seeking experienced and motivated kitchen staff to join our team and help us continue to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook menu items in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines (these will be provided)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and fulfilling orders as needed
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as necessary (there will be training provided on this)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work well in a team setting and follow instructions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- A passion for quality food and customer satisfaction
- A strong desire to wish to grow within our business. There are some serious opportunities to grow into management as the business continues to grow.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- East Kilbride, G74 4DS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
