Pcn Administrator

**About the Role**:
In partnership with Southend West Central Primary Care Network (PCN), GP Healthcare Alliance is hosting an innovative service to recruit a dedicated Administrator to the network.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed full time Administrator to join our PCN. You will work across all surgeries within our Network.

You will have experience working with SystmOne and ideally will have worked within the Primary Care Network previously.

The post holder will offer administrative support to the PCN Operations Manager. This individual will be the first point of contact for staff, member practices and will be able to sign post queries to relevant individuals as appropriate. The post holder will provide support in monitoring the progress of activity undertaken by the PCN; provide data to the wider health clinicians for actioning under their case load. This role will be required to set up databases/spreadsheets for the collection of audit data as well as running reports directly from SystmOne and obtaining data from other NHS data sources (NHS Digital, Public Health England etc.). This role involves providing a high quality, comprehensive and effective administration skills.

GP Healthcare Alliance is a company originally formed as a GP Federation made up of 18 practices in Castle Point, Rochford and Rayleigh, Essex, working together to provide healthcare for all practices and patients.
All practice members remain independent contractors but work collaboratively to improve healthcare services within our area.

We provide a range of primary care and community services to our local residents, various ‘at scale services’ for practices as well as professional staff training.
