As part of the Hotel Reception team, our Receptionists plays a vital role in ensuring our guests receive the highest level of customer service, so they come back time and time again.
You are the first impression a guest will have upon arrival at the hotel so providing a warm, friendly, helpful welcome is vital.
As the successful Receptionist you will be responsible for ensuring out guests receive a friendly and efficient check in and check out experience, responding effectively to any queries or requests, general administration duties and supporting different departments with a variety of different tasks.
We are looking for someone who is happy to work in a fast-paced environment, with at least 1 years experience of working as a receptionist within a luxury hotel. You will need excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills.
But most importantly, you will have a passion for customer service, and enjoy providing a memorable service.
Operating hours are between the hours of 7:00am and 11:00pm Monday to Sunday.
