Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Caretaker to join our team. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our facility. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and visitors.

**Duties**:

- Perform commercial cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, common areas, and resident rooms
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow established protocols and procedures for infection control

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with residents, staff, and visitors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
