We are looking for confident **Support Workers** with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working **43.75 hours a week covering day and night shifts, between 7:30am - 8pm and 7:30pm - 8am (Week 1: Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun / Week 2: Wed, Thurs, Fri)** at Cygnet Hospital Colchester, making a positive difference to the lives ofthe people in our care.

**Cygnet Hospital Colchester**, rated Good by CQC in all areas, is a 54 bed service providing a range of intensive support and rehabilitation services for men with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders or mental health needs.

The aim of our services is assessment, stabilisation, treatment and engagement, with a view to supporting service users in the least restrictive environment appropriate to their needs. Our services are recovery-focused, with the aim of preparing individualsfor a move to rehabilitation or step-down services, and ultimately, back into the community wherever possible.

**Your day-to-day**
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required
