**POSITION OVERVIEW**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with various internal teams to manage inventory levels and ensure production schedules are met.
- Track shipments and monitor transportation routes to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage documentation and paperwork associated with the movement of goods.
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues and proactively manage risk.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that stock levels are sufficient to meet demand.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on supply chain performance and issues.

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and other supply chain partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supply chain coordination role.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with supply chain software.
- Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
