**Job Summary**

Marine Concepts seek experienced GRP Finishers for our busy and expanding fibreglass component manufacturing facility in Lee-on-Solent (PO13 area).

Working in a team of finishers on larger jobs, or as an individual on smaller jobs, your role will include:
Gel repairs

Filling and fairing

Sanding

Mould repair

Plug work

Prepping jobs for spraying

**Job Type / Category**

We are looking for people who value being employed on a permanent basis. Our standard week is 40 hours Mon-Fri with plenty of overtime available. The salary range advertised is based on working a 40 - 50 hour week.

Hours worked in excess of 40 per week are paid at time and a half.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

Marine experience is favorable but not essential.
