Salary : 23K - 27K Dependent on experience
Simpson judge is currently working with a catering company. This is an opportunity to work with a company who started off as a small family business and is now a well known, established company. This is a permanent opportunity to be part of a expanding company.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure debts are paid in a timely manner.
- Chase overdue debts & collect payment.
- Handle disputed invoices and negotiate to bring in payment.
- Put accounts on stop where appropriate.
- Process Cash on Delivery and Credit Card receipts.
- Proof of delivery, copy invoices, correct invoice and account errors.
- Debtor Account maintenance.
- Maintain records, collection activity, Cash on delivery & Credit Card Debtor lists, names, address and Credit limits up to date.
- Renewals for End of month debtors.
Experience / Skills:
- Experience in a credit control role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work prioritise own workload and demonstrate planning and organisational skills
