We are seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor or Surveyor with 4 to 5 years experience in the commercial market.

The successful applicant must be capable of undertaking Construction Advice (CA), Project Management (PM), Dilapidations, Schedules of Condition (SoC's), surveys, Building Regulations Compliance Assessments (BRCA) and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, offering a competitive salary and flexible working options.

The successful applicant will be required to:

- Undertake surveys on commercial buildings and advise clients on the condition, maintenance and repair of buildings
- Undertake Dilapidations, Schedules of Condition, Building Regulations Compliance Assessments and Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Liaise and negotiate with clients, contractors and other interested parties
- Carry out site visits, inspections and surveys
- Prepare reports and drawings
- Provide advice and guidance to clients The successful applicant will have:

- A minimum of 4-5 years experience in the commercial market
- Full membership of the RICS or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Full driving licence
