**Main duties of the job**:
We have a very rare opportunity to join our West Community Co-ordination Centre as one of our administrators to support the hub with processing all the referrals coming into the West community services.

The administrator will be responsible for reviewing key blockages to patient flow, highlighting key issues to Team Managers maintaining
accurate and timely feedback to referrers, liaising with multi-agencies for the co-ordination of patient flow.
You must possess excellent communication and people skills; have the ability to work under pressure, whilst being a committed member of our
West CCC team.

This is a full-time position covering the hours of 8am to 8pm 7 days/week, including bank holiday along with the other administrator within the team.
