**About the job**

This is a part-time role, based in our busy town centre office on the Moor in Falmouth. The role holder will be the main point of contact and interface between Falmouth Town Council and its residents, visitors, and users of community services.

**About you**

You’ll need excellent people skills and a proven ability to provide face-to-face and digital customer and information services.

You’ll need to be able to work well with others, including colleagues and councillors, to provide inclusive and accessible customer services.
