GTC are part of a family of companies owned by BUUK Infrastructure group and we are currently recruiting for a Data Co-ordinator to support the operations within the team, ensuring that customer requirements are undertaken in a safe and timely manner, along with providing technical and administrative support, to ensure that all required information is produced, checked, and stored for compliance and record keeping purposes. This full time, permanent position is based at our office in Woolpit.

**Responsibilities will include -**
- General administration including accurate data entry
- Use of GIS system to design and quote
- Liaise with internal and external customers regarding any requests / reports / issues that are raised to ensure a timely response
- To follow the quotation process to ensure all documentation is processed to the customer and is available to other departments.
- To understand and follow industry requirements.
- To assist the team with generating MPANS (Metering Point Administration Number) and Data Flows in line with company procedures.
- To assist the team with issuing requests within SLA (Service Level Agreement)
